Combat Application of 18 Jurus / Pocket Stick / Cane Firhouse Sports Center : Dublin Sunday 28th Sept 12pm - 4pm Cost €50 advance / €65 on the day Instructor Guru Besar Liam Mc Donald The Jurus are the foundation or base work of Pukulan Cimande they are the master keys. Once mastered they can be broken down and used for defensive applications. Each of the original 18 Jurus has a unique combat attitude and application. Along with this the Jurus have enclosed 8 Levels of training, which unlock a different level of combat effectiveness in the student. 1. Fluid aspect of juru 2. Utilizing the flow on the Langka Umpat 3. High Gate / Low Gate 4. The Stomping Foot (Thunder Clap) 5. Principle of Flow (Bunga adding Mannerisms) 6. Bunga (adding Elements) 7. Jurus at Will 8. Striking Aspects Students will get to experience these different levels. The second half of the seminar will cover combat application of the Kanching (Pocket Stick) and Cane. These will included take downs, locks, throws, striking and grappling aspects, along with body mechanics and footwork.
